An entrepreneurial background and mindset has afforded him the opportunity to consult with various Medical Device Startups and Early Stages companies. As a consultant he specializes in working with companies to create a brand and improve visibility for disruptive medical devices in the Healthcare Industry.
Throughout Daniel’s career, he has developed and managed many Strategic Sales teams targeting C-Suites of Major Hospital Systems, Private, Public along with DOD and VA Medical Centers to provide Impactful Medical Device solutions.

John Mitchell
John Mitchell brings a blend of technology and business experiences that leverage his core expertise in strategy, technology commercialization and operational excellence. John has served in business roles ranging from research and development team leadership to full P&L responsibilities.
Over the past 25 years, John and his teams have designed and commercialized over 150 products for the med-tech, high-tech and consumer markets. John’s involvement in new product launches has spanned the full product development cycle, from product concept development, engineering, manufacturing startup through to full market commercialization. More recently, John has led two organizational turnarounds, co-founded a Hi-Tech start-up, as well as, provided business leadership to a series of technology startups in the Med-Tech and Hi-Tech industries. Prior to beginning his business career, John Mitchell served as a Captain in the US Army Aviation, where he piloted attack helicopters while serving with the 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea and the 10th Mountain Division in New York.
Mitchell’s key strengths include driving operational excellence, commercialization of early-stage technologies, and working with international supply chains to optimize a com ability to achieve scale.
Sam Zaidspiner
Sam Zaidspiner served as an executive in a medical device company, Irrisept, from 2010 to 2020 helping the company grow from start-up phase to broad distribution through the US and Internationally. As an all-court executive, Sam served several key roles laying the foundation of the company for growth including development of operations, regulatory, quality, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and international development. From 2001 to 2010, Zaidspiner was founder and CEO of Slingshot Product Development Group, a product innovation firm specializing in innovative product launches.
Throughout Zaidspiner’s career, he has served as a team leader and project manager for development and manufacture of innovative/technical products for medical, military, and consumer markets, including work in multiple ISO9001 and ISO13485 environments, with exposure to Risk Management and FMEA techniques for large companies and start-ups. His international experience includes several regulatory, manufacturing, and distribution projects globally including Japan, China, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Chile, UK, and Europe.
Zaidspiner’s key strengths include balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail and building strong relationships with suppliers and international distribution partners.
